Safety - We have a comprehensive Injury and Illness Prevention Program and strive for a safe workplace and injury-free environment. We have Workers Compensation through State Fund and are a member of US Health Works Medical Clinic network. Our Superintendents follow safe practices and OSHA guidelines and conduct on-going daily site inspections and weekly safety meeting and are well versed in their Injury and Illness Prevention Guides. We use Safety Consultants from Safety Compliance Company to provide on-going education and training including CPR and First Aid and to conduct unannounced site inspections and provide written documentation on their findings. Encouraging safety and reducing risk is a core principle of our organization and we have an excellent safety record and a low xmod rate.
